Thursday, July 24th, 2008:

  • 9:00 AM: Master Workshops begin. These are one and two day online workshops with master bear artists.  More information coming soon.

Friday, July 25th, 2008:

  • 9:00 Master Workshops continue.
  • 6:00 PM: Hospitality Chat room opens until 8:00 PM with surprise special Guest speaker.

  • 6:00 PM: ATC swap begins on Bid 4 Bears

    Saturday, July 26th, 2008:

    • 9:00 AM: Master Workshops continue for those who need extra time.
    • 9:00 AM: Ongoing Forum Discussions

    • 9:00 AM: Bingo Games Begin
    • 5:00 PM: Showroom opens for the Gallery Show and Sale until 10:00 PM
    • 6:00 PM: Pin Swap begins on Bid 4 Bears
    • 6:00 PM: Supply Swap begins
    • 5:00 PM: Voting Begins for Design Competition & Best of Show

    Sunday, July 27th, 2008:

    • 12:00 AM: Bingo Games Ends. Winners Announced in the Forum
    • 10:00 AM: Showroom opens for Gallery Show and Sale until 5:00 PM

    • 4:00 PM: Design Competition Winners Announced.

    Show and Sale:

    This takes place from 5-10 PM on Saturday July 26th and from 10 AM - 5 PM on Sunday July 27th.  Our Show format is designed for quick and easy purchasing. Viewers see pictures of the bear in an artist's booth, along with a description. Collectors can then choose to BUY NOW using Paypal or can contact the artist to make alternate payment arrangements.  These pages are constantly being updated as items are sold.

     Master Bear Making Workshops:

    One and two day workshops with master bear artists. An additional day is provided for those who need a little extra time.  Registration is required.  Further Workshop Details will be posted here very soon.

    Design Competition:

Theme: Morning Glory!
Rules: All exhibitors may submit one or more of their bears to this design competition.  Judging will be done by by a panel of judges who will judge the entries based on overall design, aesthetic appeal and interpretation of the theme.  The winner will be awarded a glass sculpture. There are no rules regarding size, style or material, so let your heart be your guide!

Best of Show Competition:  All entries into the Gallery Show and Sale are entered into this competition. Judging is done by visitor voting.  The winner will be awarded and shipped an acrylic statue.

Mini Workshops:  Fun free projects that you can make in Forum while the teacher acts as a moderator for the discussion. Workshops are removed after the show. No registration is required.

Pin Swap:  Make a pin in the shape of a bear head, or a doll's face and swap them with your friends on Bid 4 Bears. Registration and swapping is FREE on Bid 4 Bears. It's a fun way to share a bit of your art with your friends!  NOTE: There will be a 1 day  Pin Making Class on  July 24th. More details to follow.

ATC Swap: ATC's or Artist's cards are fun for trading and collecting!  This Swap also takes place on Bid 4 Bears.  Registration and swapping is FREE on Bid 4 Bears.  A free ATC class will be offered at the EbearZ University the week prior to the Conference.  Registration is required.

Supply Swap:  Got stuff you don't need? Want to trade with others? Here's your chance. This Swap also takes place on Bid 4 Bears.  Registration and swapping is FREE on Bid 4 Bears.

BINGO:  A Pictorial Bingo, where the pictures are hidden throughout the conference pages.  Games include a horizontal line game, a four corners game, and a full card game. Fun prizes are awarded.
