Our shows are open to
NCTB Artist Guild Members
only. Needless to say, the quality of the photos themselves are as important as the quality of the bears they represent. In order to
SELL bears at the show, the customer MUST be able to view good quality pictures that are accurate, detailed representations of your work.
We reserve the right to reject submissions of poor photographic quality.

We at NCTB WANT you to sell your bears! We
WANT you to SELL OUT at our show! We WANT you to be successful!

You will need to submit a photo of yourself if you
are to participate. We believe that collectors like to see the artist behind the bears ... even if you don't like having your picture taken!

Just like an in-person show...you need to be there! Collectors often want to talk with the artist, and make layaway or payment arrangements directly with the seller. They may also want to ask you further questions about your work. You will be required to
answer email and telephone calls in a timely fashion during show hours.

Customers for this show are international. You will be required to offer international shipping. More details on this are included in the exhibitor's package that is provided to show
participants.

You will be required to accept PayPal. PayPal is the global leader in online payments, and is the number one payment choice for many online collectors. PayPal allows you to accept all major credit card payments, safely and securely online with low merchant fees. Assistance is provided to those successful applicants who do not yet use PayPal.

You will be required to submit a minimum of
3 bears to your booth, and a maximum of 6 for the November Oh BearZ Show. Booth's are set up to
SHOW your work, and open several days prior to the sale.

A tremendous amount of
time and effort goes into the web preparation of your 'booth,' and the
show itself. We charge a fee for your virtual booth, just like 'in
person' shows. The fee is $79.50 USD per booth for either the HO HO Oh BearZ Show
or the Spring Fling show. The booth fee is included in NCTB
Artist's Guild
membership packages.

Booths are further divided by Artist's Membership
Levels. These include Hobbyist, Aspiring Artist, Professional
Artist and Master Artist. (See
Membership Page for Details.)

Exhibitors agree to abide by all of the policies of NCTB
including User Terms, Copyright and Privacy Policy.

The cut off for
registration for Spring Fling show participation is April 20th. (Sooner
if the show is full)

Our show aims to deliver the highest quality of teddy bear artistry within a virtual environment that is technically advanced yet user friendly, and a pleasure to view. The
Spring show will be aggressively marketed.

All photographs must be digital .jpg images, 400px wide at 72 dpi. Photos and descriptions must be submitted by email. As a result of these specifications, some computer and photo editing skills are required of the applicant. Our
EbearZ U Online Workshops... 'The Business of Bears,'
'Digital Photography for Artists' and 'Web Design for Artists' all offer tutorials
and detailed instructions to help you with the online portion of your
business.

in the show will be posted 2 weeks prior to the show opening here at NCTB.

Conference Show & Sale happens July 24th -July 27th, 2008. The next HO HO OH BearZ Show
happens on November 15th & 16th 2008
